Keren is a lawyer in the firm’s Employment Department. She provides ongoing legal advice as well as representation during legal proceedings in the labor courts.
Keren advises employers in respect of various aspects of private and collective labor law, including the preparation of legal opinions and various legal agreements, such as employment agreements, termination agreements, non-competition, non-disclosure and confidentiality clauses and collective agreements.
In addition, Keren performs legal due diligence assessments relating to employment issues during merger and acquisition transactions.
Keren completed her internship at Rubin-Shmuelevich law firm.
