Shira advises public and private companies, including hi-tech companies and startups, on their local and international commercial operations, with a focus on the companies’ online activities and the regulation relevant to this activity.
Shira provides legal counsel to her clients on matters of terms and conditions, privacy, consumer protection, and the implications of regulation.
