Barnea’s Real-Estate Department, headed by Adv. Ariel Nadler, has vast experience in advising and managing all types of real-estate transactions, including combination transactions, sell and buy transactions, leases, real-estate purchasing consortiums and expropriation transactions.

On December 23, 2018, the Israeli ministerial committee approved a draft bill on the subject of real-estate purchasing groups.
