The position includes advising on the taxation of multinational and local transactions, performing tax structuring, providing ongoing tax support for individuals and companies, counseling on both local and international taxation matters, and providing representation during tax audits and appeals.

Corporate Lawyer
Our Israeli Corporate Department is seeking an attorney.
The department provides representation in some of the largest and most interesting M&A transactions in the Israeli economy, in major investment transactions by leading funds, insurance companies, and banks, and in other strategic transactions. In addition, the department provides legal counsel to commercial companies, partnerships, and cooperative associations during their ongoing activities and in various transactions, such as joint ventures, e-commerce, and various types of service agreements.
