Sarah has a wealth of experience in providing ongoing legal advice and assistance to international companies which encompass a wide variety of legal disciplines.
Sarah accompanies corporate clients throughout their lifecycles – from the initial stages of incorporation, through their growth stages and stock issue stages and until their sale – including international aspects relating to regulations in different countries, risk analyses and the proposal of various solutions, taxation and corporate structures.
Sarah also attends to the handling of licensing procedures in various countries, the drafting of commercial agreements for companies operating in Israel and abroad, and the management of legal proceedings throughout the world.
For a number of years prior to joining our firm, Sarah worked in the legal department of a leading international company engaging in e-commerce.

Google Permits Sports Betting Advertisements
Earlier this year, Google updated its Google Ads policy on gambling and games and announced that, as part of a limited beta launch, state-licensed gambling advertisers would be permitted to promote sports betting content within the US states New Jersey, Nevada, and West Virginia.
