Rotem serves as an associate in the Capital Markets Department.
Her practice consists of advising clients on matters related to the capital market, securities law, and corporate law.
Rotem advises a range of corporations licensed to operate as investment advisers, investment marketers, and portfolio managers on various regulatory and compliance issues, including aspects of securities laws and financial regulations.
Rotem accompanies her clients in the preparation and integration of compliance and enforcement plans. In addition, she counsels on the activities of companies’ internal enforcement officers.
Rotem served as a teaching assistant at the Human Rights Clinic at the College of Management Academic Studies.

NIS 600 Million Financial Closure at Etgal Power Plant
We represented a group of institutional lenders, including Psagot and Amitim, in a deal to finance Shikun & Binui Group's construction and operation of a power plant in Ashdod, for approx. NIS 600 million.
Amitim and Psagot were represented by Advs. Simon Jaffa, Samuel Henri Samuel, and Rotem Orbach.
Fintech Companies: New Program to Facilitate Regulatory Reliefs
Although Israel is a world leader in the fintech field, companies operating in this area face many regulatory challenges. A newly published legal memorandum aims to enable the creation of a “sandbox”, with inspiration from various programs already implemented in Japan, Australia, and Singapore. The goal is to establish a unique experimental environment, a “regulatory sandbox,” where regulatory relief is granted to companies who choose to participate in the program.
