Nitzan Goldreich

Nitzan specializes in Project Finance, including the representation of banks and other financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers in connection with the financing of energy and infrastructure projects, as well as on various commercial and corporate matters.

Nitzan also accompanies large scale infrastructure projects and has been involved in representing the EPC Contractor and the O&M Contractor in the IDF training base P.F.I project and also advises to a participant in the tender for the design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of Highway 16.

 

Nitzan routinely handles due diligence proceedings for companies seeking financing, prepares legal opinions, drafts agreements and provides ongoing legal counsel to companies in relation to their commercial activities, regarding compliance with regulations and in relation to the incorporation of companies.

 

Prior to joining Barnea, Nitzan worked in the project financing and infrastructure department at the law firm of Yehuda Raveh & Co.

Huge Tender for the Construction and Operation of Tel Aviv Green and Purple Lines

Our firm represented the Chinese companies CCCC and CHEC during the PQ stage in a NIS 15 billion tender for the construction and operation of the Tel Aviv Light Rail's green and purple lines. Advs. Inon Yogev, Nitzan Goldreich, and Yaniv Zohar of the firm's Infrastructure and Project Finance Department led the representation.

PMEC Enters Pre-Qualification Stage for Purchase of Alon-Tavor Power Plant

Our firm is representing the infrastructure company PMEC in the pre-qualification phase of the competitive process for the purchase of the Alon-Tavor power station from the Israel Electric Corporation. PMEC is participating in the pre-qualification process together with Mivtach Shamir and Rapac. Our client, the Tel Aviv Taxi Organization, has won the Tel Aviv cluster in a two-stage competitive process conducted by the Ministry of Transport as part of a comprehensive reform in the service taxi sector.
