Tom is a lawyer in the firm’s Employment department and provides ongoing legal advice to employers in relation to employment law.
Tom advises local and international clients on a range of employment matters, including employee recruitment; employment agreements; discrimination issues; non-competition, non-disclosure, and confidentiality clauses; and termination of employment.
Tom also advises on the employment aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, including performing due diligence assessments.

Israel's National Labor Court Protecting the Right to Organize
In September, Israel's National Labor Court dismissed the appeal by Café Noir restaurant in Tel Aviv and affirmed the judgment by the Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court that held that the restaurant would pay compensation in the amount of NIS 300,000 for infringing upon the organization of its employees.
