Sarah specializes in representing clients in complex dispute resolution procedures, with a special focus on procedures relating to engineering and infrastructure projects.
Adv. Sarah Benatar represents her clients in contract disputes in major energy and infrastructure projects.
Among the projects in which Sarah has provided legal assistance are the Tel Aviv Light Rail and the construction of a desalination plant in Ashdod.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked in the litigation department in a leading law firm. She also worked at Fernandez-Ballesteros & Asociados (Spain), where she specialized in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
In addition, Sarah is a member of the Spanish Club of Arbitration. She has participated in its annual congresses as well as other seminars and events organized by it and its different chapters around the world.
Between the years 2010 and 2013, Sarah also participated in the gathering of articles for the Club’s review – the Spanish Arbitration Review – and the organization of their publication.
