Nitzan specializes in Project Finance, including the representation of banks and other financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers in connection with the financing of energy and infrastructure projects, as well as on various commercial and corporate matters.
Nitzan also accompanies large scale infrastructure projects and has been involved in representing the EPC Contractor and the O&M Contractor in the IDF training base P.F.I project and also advises to a participant in the tender for the design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of Highway 16.
Nitzan routinely handles due diligence proceedings for companies seeking financing, prepares legal opinions, drafts agreements and provides ongoing legal counsel to companies in relation to their commercial activities, regarding compliance with regulations and in relation to the incorporation of companies.
Prior to joining Barnea & Co., Nitzan worked in the project financing and infrastructure department at the law firm of Yehuda Raveh & Co.
